Very clean and wow spacious!! We stayed there for almost a full week and never once did we feel tight in there or like it was getting dirty. I love springhill suites, this location specifically was clean, staff is nice and friendly (always acknowledged us as we walked in and out), breakfast was decent (area is a little tight so a little crowded), all in all a great experience for the price. We were able to connect our streaming service account and it even signs you out automatically, so super cool!

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Moved us right away when we had a room issue.Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shopping. Very easy to get on the wonderful Biking system in the city and many of the galleries and other sites are an easy drive with good freeway access. Good breakfast choices and overflow space when busy. Fridge and microwave and coffeemaker in room were useful. Comfortable bed. Nice recently renovated rooms.

We came for some appointments at the ENTSC. It was so nice to be able to walk to our appointment from the hotel. They gave us a discount since we were staying for a medical appointment. When we got an extra appointment the staff were accommodating and let us have a late check out! We also enjoyed walking to get a few groceries, our meals, and coffee! Everything we needed was walking distance! We will stay here again if we need to return.

The room was perfect, lots of room, even the pull out couch was comfortable. The egg & spinach quiche for breakfast were delicious, bacon, scrambled eggs too. Lots of options for cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast & muffins. Didn't use the pool, though it looked wonderful and others were definitely enjoying it. Loved the location, easy access to lots of places to slop, explore and eat

Rooms are a decent size, comfortable bed, decent breakfast in am. Staff were very nice, friendly, helpful. Room was very quiet - even being full, with lots of children staying in the hotel, it was still very quiet.
